Cyclones Start Strong In Day One Of Cal Multis

BERKELEY, Calif. – The Iowa State track and field multi event athletes completed day one of the Cal Multis Wednesday at Edwards Stadium.
Cyclone Jordon Andreassen is currently in first place in the heptathlon with 3,032 points. On the men's side Ethan Wilkins leads the Cyclones with 3,731 in third place.
Thursday the women will finish off the heptathlon events with the long jump, javelin throw and 800-meter run. The men will compete in the 110-meter hurdles, 1,500-meter run, discus throw, pole vault and javelin throw.
Results will be posted on cyclones.com at the conclusion of the meet.
