AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State tennis team is back in action this weekend as it travels to West Lafayette, Indiana, to face undefeated Purdue.
The Cyclones return to the court for the first time since Jan. 22 after missing time due to health and safety protocols.

THE SERIES
The Cyclones and Boilermakers will meet for just the fourth time in series history on Sunday and the first since 1988. Purdue currently leads the series 3-0.
LAST TIME OUT
Last month, the Cyclones handled their first two opponents of the spring in sweeping fashion. They beat both Illinois State and North Dakota, 7-0, which extended their home winning streak to 19-straight matches.
PLAYER TO WATCH
Highly touted freshman, Ange Oby Kajura, was dominant in January as she made her Iowa State debut.
She won both her doubles matches while paired with Chie Kezuka and won both her singles matches in straight sets while playing at the number two slot.
