Carr, Schuyler Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

AMES, Iowa – David Carr and Sam Schuyler have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District At-Large team, the organization announced Tuesday.
Both Cyclones were honored by CSC for the first time in their careers.
Carr and Schuyler were also First Team Academic All-Big 12 selections and NWCA scholar All-Americans this season.
Carr logged a 3.86 GPA while Schuyler earned a 4.0 mark during the 2022-23 school year. Both are studying in the education graduate program.
Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced June 21.
