Leading Off: No. 28Â Iowa State is set to welcome No. 26 BYU to Ames for its first Big 12 meet this Friday. The Cyclones are coming into this Big 12 showdown after posting a 196.150 in their last outing and will look to build off that momentum after having a midweek meet canceled.
Iowa State has an opportunity to tie up the all-time series against BYU with a win on Friday. They currently trail the Cougars 6-7-1, as the Cougars took the series lead in 2013, earning a victory in Provo.
Iowa State's last showing against Penn State – a 196.150 – matched the team's total outputs of 196-plus from last season as the team did so just once.

- The Cyclones got two career highs from Hannah Loyim her last time out.
