Kicking Off
The Cyclones head to No. 24 West Virginia for the first stop in a three-game road stretch to close out the season. ISU will look to down the Mountaineers for the first time ever as it heads to Morgantown looking to gain ground in the Big 12 standings.
Iowa State closed out its 2025-26 home slate last time out by earning a draw against Arizona State, 1-1. ISU's Taylor Spitzer scored an equalizer in the 85th minute, the eighth goal scored by ISU in the 80th minute or later this season, to help ISU to a point.
The Mountaineers have not dropped a match since late August and are just one of two undefeated in conference play. WVU will look to remain perfect against the Cyclones by earning a 13th-straight win in the series.

Leading the Cyclones
Iowa State's offensive attack is balanced group, as three different Cyclones have a trio of scores on the year. Center back Ella Zimmerman, freshman Megan Walters and senior transfer Taylr Spitzer each have three goals, with both Spitzer and Walters tying for the team-high in points with seven.
Freshman forward Sophie Forrester is the only other Cyclone to have multiple scores to her name on the season. Ella Ciardullo and Isabella Agrusso are tied for a team-high two assists, while eight others have one. In total, nine Cyclones have goals and ten have assists.
In net, Kasey Cannistraro has started all 14 contests for the Cyclones while allowing 22 goals. Cannistraro has a pair of clean sheets and a combined shutout to her name, as she has tallied 59 saves this season.
