Indoor: Took part in two meets for Iowa State … ran the 5K at the Husker Invitational … finished third in the 3,000-meter run at the Big 4 Duals.

XC: Notched a third-place finish at the Bulldog 4K Classic, clocking a time of 12:33 ... posted an 8K time of 26:02 at the Roy Griak Invitational as the Cyclones’ fifth scorer ... clocked a time of 25:47 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational ... Finished 31st overall at the Big 12 Championship, crossing the line in 25:01.

2013-14
Outdoor: Notched a personal record in the 5,000m at the Jim Duncan Invitational, crossing the line in 14:57.58 and breaking the 15-minute barrier for the second time in his career … clocked a time of 30:36.21 in the Drake Relays 10K, setting a PR in the event.

Indoor: Competed in four meets indoors … set a career best in the 3,000m, clocking a time of 8:21.77 at the Bill Bergan Invitational … placed second at the Big 4 Duals in the 3K, crossing the line in 8:38.03.

XC: Ran the time of 24:57 at the Paul Short College- Mens Gold 8K ... Placed 24th at the Big 12 Championships, completing the 8K race in 23:57. Was Iowa State's fifth runner at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing in 31:16.

2012-2013
Outdoor: Placed eighth in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:11.13 at the Jim Duncan Invite.

Indoor: Earned eighth place in the mile run in a time of 4:24.14 at the NCAA Qualifier ... finished the 3,000-meter run in 8:52.60 at the Bill Bergan Invite.

XC: Earned first team Academic All-Big 12 honors ... finished among the top 20 at the Cylone Classic.
