Outdoor: Qualified for and advanced to the quarterfinals round of the 1,500-meter run at the NCAA West Preliminaries … earned All-Big 12 honors with third place finish in 1,500-meter run at Big 12 Outdoor Championships … recorded a PR of 3:44.35 in the 1,500 at the Payton Jordan Invitational … was member of sixth-place distance medley relay team at Drake Relays … finished sixth in the Men’s Mile Premiere at the Sun Angel Track Classic.
Indoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors with a fifth place finish in the mile at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … anchored fifth-place men’s distance medley relay team at the conference championships … anchored school-record breaking distance medley relay squad at the Alex Wilson Invitational … set personal record in mile at Iowa State Classic, clocking in at 4:02.39 … finished fifth in invitational mile at Razorback Invitational … took men’s mile title at the Big 4 Duals … finished second in the 1,000-meter run at the Holiday Inn Inviational.
XC: Opened his Cyclone career at the Roy Griak Invitational, posting an 8K time of 26:34 as the seventh Cyclone finisher ... ran as Iowa State’s fifth scorer at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, finishing the 8K race in 25:01 ... competed at the Big 12 Championship, finishing 37th overall with a time of 25:19 in the 8K race.
