Outdoor: Represented Iowa State in seven meets … earned First Team All-America honors in the shot put with a sixth place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships … closed out season throwing season-best mark of 57-4 1/4 … qualified for NCAA Championships with third place finish in shot put at NCAA West Preliminaries … also finished 20th in discus at NCAA West Prelims … finished fourth in the shot put and sixth in the discus at the Big 12 Championships … took second in rain-plagued shot put competition at Drake Relays while also taking fifth in the discus … took second in the shot put and fourth in the discus at LSU Alumni Gold … earned second in discus at Jim Duncan Invitational … opened season with second place finish in shot put premiere and seventh in discus at Sun Angel Track Classic.

Outdoor: Earned her fifth career All-America honor with her sixth-place finish in the shot put at the NCAA Championships … was the top qualifier in the West Region for the NCAA Championships after finishing as the top seed out of the NCAA West Preliminaries … earned silver medal in shot put at Big 12 Championships … also competed in the discus at the conference championships … claimed shot put title at Musco Twilight … finished fourth in the shot put at the Drake Relays … recorded a personal best in the discus at 168-3 in the LSU Alumni Gold Meet … started season with then-PR in the discus at 166-11 at the Tiger Track Classic.

2013-14
Outdoor: NCAA Champion … Big 12 Champion … won four of five competitions outdoors, finishing second at the LSU Alumni Gold meet … took the national title on an outdoor career-best of 58’2” (17.73m), hitting the mark on her final throw of competition in a come-from-behind victory … won the Big 12 title by over three feet with a scoring mark of 57’8.5” … earned the west region’s top qualifying mark to the NCAA Championships with a throw of 57’ … captured event titles at the Jace Lacoste Invitational (55’3.75”), Big 12 Championships, NCAA West Prelims and NCAA Championships ... placed fifth at the USA Outdoor Championships as the No. 2 collegian in the field, bettering her indoor placing with a throw of 57'1.5".

Indoor: NCAA Champion … Big 12 Champion … undefeated in collegiate competition … placed sixth at the USA Indoor Championships … improved own program record from 58’0.5” (17.69m) to 59’6.75” (18.15m) at the NCAA Indoor Championships, notching the distance on her second throw of competition … won the conference title with a throw of 56’4.5” (16.70m), winning the competition by over 3 feet. captured six event titles over the indoor slate … posted seven scoring throws of over 55 feet, eclipsing 56 feet five times and 57 feet three times.

2012-13
Outdoor: Academic All Big-12 First Team ... garnered All-American status at the NCAA Championships in the shot put with a throw of 56-06.75 ... finished 11th at the NCAA West Regional in the shot put with a toss of 53-11.00 ... earned All-Big 12 Honors placing third in the shot put with 55-00.25 at the Big 12 Championships ... threw a personal best mark of 57-01 in the shot put at the Mt. SAC Relays ... earned fifth place in the discus throw at the Jim Duncan Invite with a toss of 137-09 ... earned second in the the shot put with 55-11.25, placed fourth in the discus throw with 147-00 at the Sun Angel Classic.

Indoor: Placed second in the shot put at the NCAA Championship meet with 58-00.50 for a personal best mark ... broke the school record with a throw of 57-09.50 in the shot put placing second at the Big 12 Championship meet ... set a personal best mark in the weight throw with a toss of 53-06.25 and finished second in the shot put with a mark of 54-05.50 at the ISU Classic ... won the shot put (55-09.00) at the New Balance Invite ... placed first in the shot put with a mark of 54-11.25 at the ISU Open ... earned first place in the shot put with a personal best mark of 56-11.50 at the Holiday Preview, finished 11th in the weight throw with a mark of 50-08.00 at the Holiday Preview.
