Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Cyclones, running in the 800-meter run in all of them … posted his personal best 1:50.92 en route to taking second in the 800 at the Sun Angel Track Classic … finished fourth in his section of the 800 at the Payton Jordan Invitational … also ran the half-mile at the Stanford Invitational, Stanford Twilight and San Francisco State Distance Carnival.

Indoor: Run in six meets for Iowa State during the indoor season … finished fourth as part of the distance medley relay and fifth in the 800-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … ran to a third place finish in his section of the 800-meter run at the Alex Wilson Invitational in a season-best 1:50.59 … also ran the 800 at the Iowa State Classic and Razorback Invitational … took fourth in the 1,000-meter run at the Big 4 Duals … was member of second-place 4x800-meter relay and distance medley relay team at Penn State Relays.

2014-15
Outdoor: Competed in the prelims of the 800-meter run at the Big 12 Championships, but did not advance … ran a personal best of 1:51.37 in the 800-meters at the Payton Jordan Invitational … ran the third leg of ISU’s sixth-place 4x800-meter relay team at the Drake Relays … also competed in the 800-meter run at the Sun Angel Track Classic … ran the 400-meter dash at the Tiger Track Classic.

Indoor: Took part in two indoor meets … finished 11th in the prelims of the 800-meter run at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … competed in the 400-meter dash at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

2012-2013
OUTDOOR: Earned All-Big 12 Honors setting a personal best time in the 800-meter run with 1:53.02 placing seventh at the Big 12 Championships ... ran 3:51.44 in the 1,500-meter run, finished the 800-meter run in 2:09.15 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... ran a personal best time of 3:54.63 in the 1,500-meter run at the Stanford Invite.

INDOOR: Ran a 1:53.83 in the 800-yard run at the Big 12 Championships.

XC: Placed in the top 50 at the Cyclone Classic.

Before Iowa State: His high school cross country team finished first in the 2010 Iowa state cross country meet … anchored the winning distance medley at the 2012 Iowa prep state track met … ran on the runner-up Class 4-A 4 x 400-meter relay team at the state track meet … placed fourth individually in the 2011 Iowa state cross country meet … holds personal bests in the 800-meters with a time of 1:52 and clocked in a time of 9:23 in the 3,200-meters.
