2016-17
XC: Opened the season with a strong effort at the Hawkeye Invitational, finishing 8^th (18:19) … was ISU’s fourth finisher at the meet as the Cyclones went 8-0 in dual scoring … placed 20^th (25:35) in Iowa State’s breakout runner-up team finish at the Roy Griak Invitational … moved up and was ISU’s third runner at the Wisconsin Invitational, taking 52^nd (24:38) … had perhaps his finest performance of the season at the Big 12 Championship, placing 8^th overall (25:46) as Iowa State 2^nd finisher … was one of four Cyclones to earn All-Big 12 honors at the meet … helped the Cyclone men to their runner-up finish at the conference meet … earned All-Midwest Region honors with a 21^st-place finish (30:48) at the NCAA Regional in Iowa City … placed 136^th (31:09.5) in his first NCAA Championship meet in Terre Haute, Ind. … competed in all six meets and was one of just two Cyclones to be part of the ISU scoring effort in every meet of the season.

2015-16
Outdoor: Did not compete.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … finished 16th in the 5,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … ran the 3,000-meter run three times for the Cyclones … ran a season-best 8:31.69 while finishing fourth in 3K at Penn State Relays … also ran 3,000 at Big 4 Duals and Razorback Invitational.

XC: Started the season off strong, finishing 7th (19.18) at the season-opening Hawkeye Early Bird Invitational ... was part of the Iowa State scoring effort at the Rim Rock Classic, finishing 12th (24:37) as the Cyclones won the team title ... finished 164th (24:52) at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational ... took 33rd (25:40) at the 2015 Big 12 Championship ... finished 33rd (31:00) as part of the ISU scoring effort at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2014-15

Outdoor: Did not compete.

Indoor: Did not compete.

XC: Had a strong collegiate debut at the Roy Griak Invitational, finishing as the Cyclones’ third scorer across the line ... clocked an 8K time of 25:39 at the Griak ... sat out the remainder of the season due to injury.

Before Iowa State
Attended Telstar Regional High School … six-time state champion … finished fifth at Footlocker’s Northeast Regional in 15:37 and was named the 2014 Gatorade Runner of the Year in the state of Maine …. holds personal bests of 4:19.55 (1600m), 9:16.74 (3200m) and 14:57.76 (5000m) … clocked a time of 8:30.20 in the 3,000-meter run at the New England Open.
