Indoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … notched a pair of points for the Cyclones at the Big 12 Championships, finishing seventh in the 3,000-meter run (9:44.59) … also competed in the mile at the conference championships, finishing 10th (4:58.64) … clocked a personal best 4:49.06 in the mile to finish fifth at the Wieczorek Invite … also ran the mile at the Hawkeye Invitational … competed in the 3,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic and Razorback Invite.

XC: Competed in the lineup in all six of Iowa State's races in 2018… finished 196th individually at the NCAA Championships… finished 57th at the NCAA Regional meet… took 23rd at the Big 12 Championships… raced in the Bradley Invite, Nuttycombe Invitational and Hawkeye Invitational during the regular season… earned Academic All-Big 12 First Team recognition.

Outdoor: Competed in five meets for ISU … qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the 1,500-meter run (33rd, 4:28.37) … finished fifth in the 1,500-meter run (4:27.05) and 12th in the 5,000-meter run (17:30.07) at the Big 12 Championships … was member of second-place 4x1,600m relay (19:26.25) and third-place distance medley relay (11:19.26) at the Drake Relays … clocked a personal best 4:22.83 en route to finishing third in the 1,500 at the Cardinal Classic … finished ninth in a personal-best 16:40.37 at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Took part in five meets for ISU … ran to the bronze medal in the 3,000-meter run with a personal best 9:31.82 at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … also finished 11th in the 5,000 (16:59.31) at the conference championships … took second in the 3,000-meter run (9:42.68) at the Iowa State Classic … also ran the 3K at the Razorback Invitational (9:45.59) … clocked a personal best 4:57.14 in the mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational … also ran the mile at the Hawkeye Invitational.

XC: One of Iowa State’s trio of upstart freshmen… finished 189th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 21:25.80 … took 26th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships, finishing just outside of All-Region honors … raced to a 31st-place finish at the Big 12 Championships in 21:17.5 … scored for the Cyclones at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, earning a 145th-place finish in a time of 21:07 … picked up a 40th-place finish at the Roy Griak Invitational where the Cyclones burst on to the national scene with a runner-up performance … began the year with a ninth-place finish overall at the Hawkeye Invitational.
