Outdoor: Took part in six meets for the Cyclones … finished 23rd in the 1,500-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … won her section of the 1,500-meter run at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival in a then-personal-best 4:32.35 … clocked her personal best 4:31.79 en route to finishing fifth in the 1,500 at the Musco Twilight … led off for Iowa State’s distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays … ran the 800-meter run at the Jim Duncan Invitational and Tulsa Duels … also finished fourth in 1,500 at Tulsa Duels.

Indoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … finished eighth in 1,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … qualified for 1K final at conference championships via a personal-best 2:51.82 in prelims … ran the mile at the Holiday Inn Invitational and Iowa State Classic … took part in the 800-mter run at the Razorback Invitational and Big 4 Duals … also ran the 4x400-meter relay at Big 4 Duals.

Outdoor: Competed in the 800-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … also ran in the 800-meter run at the Musco Twilight and the Kansas Relays.

Indoor: Finished third in the mile at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

XC: Saw competition at three meets for the Cyclones ... placed 17th in her season opener at the Bulldog 4K Classic with a time of 15:51 ... clocked a 6K time of 24:20.1 at the Griak Invitational ... ran a time of 22:28 in the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, placing 65th in the open race.

2013-14
Outdoor: Saw competition in four meets during the outdoor slate … posted a PR of 4:39.96 in the 1500m at the Stanford Invitational, also running a 2:14.80 at the meet for a second PR … ran as a part of the third-place DMR squad at the Kansas Relays (11:52.70).

Indoor: Notched personal records in two events during the indoor season, clocking PRs in the 1000m and in the mile … posted a career-best in the mile at the Husker Invitational, breaking the 5-minute barrier with a 4:59.25 … ran a time of 2:53.88 in the Bill Bergan Invitational 1000m … notched top-five finishes at the Holiday Preview, Bergan Invitational and ISU Classic.

Cross Country: Placed 10th at the Bulldog 4K Classic in 13:16.37...Placed 20th at the Iowa Black and Gold Invite with the time of 14:42.44 ... ran a 22:01 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational.

2012-13
Indoor: Ran a personal best time in the 3,000-meter run at the ISU Classic with a time of 10:17.75 ... finished in 11th place while competing unattached at the ISU Open in a time of 3:09.06. XC: Placed in the top 25 at the Cyclone Classic.

Before Iowa State
Holds personal bests in the 800-meters (2:18), 1,600-meters (5:10.42), 3,200-meters (11:12), 3 mile run (17:38) … ran on high school 4 x 800-meter relay team that placed second at the Illinois state track and field meet … team’s clocking of 9:00.72 was under the previous state record and ranked eighth nationally in 2012 … led off that quartet with a 2:15.5 split … qualified for four Illinois prep state cross country meets.
