Won 110m hurdles in 14.31 representing Ireland at European Team Championships, Ireland went on to win its section.
2022-23
Outdoor: Posted the eighth-fastest 110-meter hurdles time in program history at the Iowa State Alumni Invite clocking 14.08 to win the event … placed third in the 200m at the ISU Alumni Invite with a PR of 21.48 … moved on to the 110m hurdles final at Big 12 Championships with 14.11 and placed eighth in the final with 14.16(w) … posted a PR in the 100m with 11.14 at the UCF Invite … also competed at Drake Relays and the Beach Invite.
Indoor: Sprinted to a 60-meter personal best of 7.26 at the Cyclone Open … recorded a 60-meter hurdle PR of 8.08 for second place at the Iowa Open … just missed qualifying for the 60m hurdles final at Big 12 Championships, finishing 10th in 8.09 … also competed at the Tyson Invite, Razorback Invite and ISU Classic.
2021-22
Outdoor: Ran in seven meets for Iowa State … posted season-best 14.54 in the 110m hurdles to finish 11th at the Big 12 Championships ... also ran on ISU’s 4x100m relay (DQ) at the conference championships … posted season-best 21.94 in the 200m dash at the Bryan Clay Invitational … finished sixth in the 110m hurdles (14.79w) at the Musco Twilight … also competed at the Kip Janvrin Open, Beach Invitational, Sun Angel Classic and Bobcat Invitational.
Indoor: Took part in four meets after enrolling at Iowa State in January … recorded personal best 8.33 to finish 10th in the 60m hurdles at the Big 12 Championships … posted personal best 7.26 in the 60m dash at the Iowa State Classic … also competed at the Snowshoe Open and Husker Invitational.

Finished second in the 200-meter dash and third in the 110-meter hurdles at the 2021 Ireland U20 Championships … also made the final of the 200m at the 2021 Ireland National Championships, finishing sixth.
