Outdoor: Ran in five meets for the Cyclones … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 800m run (15th, 1:48.95) and 4x400m relay (18th, 3:08.72) … took seventh in both the 800m (1:48.37) and the 4x400m relay (3:07.38) at the Big 12 Championships … was Most Outstanding Performer of the Drake Relays after running on ISU’s winning 4x800, sprint medley and distance medley relay teams, helping ISU become the first team since 1954 Kansas to win all three at a single Drake Relays and leading Iowa State in its defense of the men’s Relays Cup … also ran at the Hayward Premiere and the Rock Chalk Classic.

Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in six meets for Iowa State … qualified for NCAA Indoor Championships in 800m run and as part of the distance medley relay, with the meet being canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak worldwide … claimed Big 12 titles in the 600-yard run (his second-straight title in the event) and the 800-meter run at the conference championships, helping ISU claim the men’s team title … ran third leg for school record distance medley relay (9:28.22) at the Indiana Relays … posted season-best 1:47.74 in the 800m to finish second (to teammate Festus Lagat) at the Cyclone Open … ran to personal best 2:21.29 (the second-fastest time in school history) in the 1,000m run at the Jimmy Grant Invite … took second in the 800m run at the Wieczorek Invite.

2018-19
Outdoor: Earned pair of All-America honors at NCAA Outdoor Championships, earning Second Team honors as part of the 4x400-meter relay (13th, 3:06.94) and Honorable Mention in the 800-meter run (24th, 2:01.82) … was leading semifinal heat of 800m run before getting tripped up and falling … qualified for NCAA Championships with personal best 1:46.88 in 800 meters at NCAA West Prelims, while also running as part of 4x400m relay (3:07.01) … ran second-leg for Big 12 Championships silver-medal 4x400m relay (3:05.50) and took bronze medal in 800-meter run (1:46.91) … member of winning 4x800-meter relay team (7:20.77) at Drake Relays and was member of fourth-place sprint medley relay (3:23.69), helping Iowa State win Hy-Vee Cup … at Sun Angel Classic, ran then-second-fastest time in NCAA in 2019 with 1:47.14, finishing centimeters behind teammate Festus Lagat … won 400-meter dash at Cardinal Classic (47.82) … was member of winning 4x400-meter relay (3:09.99) at Stanford Invitational.
