2005 Outdoor Track NCAA Championships

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -

Ada Anderson earned All-American status with her efforts in the 800-meter run at the 2005 outdoor NCAA Championships.

Coach Dan O'Mara stands with Jamal Cann at the NCAA Championships held in Sacramento, Calif. The senior threw the discus a career-high 193-2 to place third in the finals.

Neil Hines finished 14th in the decathlon at the NCAA Championships. He earned 6,907 points in Sacramento.

Coach Ron McEachran is pictured with Oliver Koenig, who ended the NCAA Championships with a second place finish and career-high mark of 26-3 in the long jump.

Tony Douglas triple jumped for just the third time this season. He came out with a personal-best 50-9 1/2 and an 18th place finish.

Five Cyclones made the trip to Sacramento, Calif. to compete in the outdoor NCAA Championships. The meet was held from June 8-11. Seniors Oliver Koenig and Jamal Cann did exceptionally well, placing second and third, respectively. Ada Anderson also earned All-American status in the 800-meter run. Neil Hines competed in the decathlon, placing 14th, and Tony Douglas took 18th in the triple jump.
