Pulsawath Leads Cyclones in Round Two of Classic

RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico ? Pennapa Pulsawath carded a one-under-par, 71, to lead the Cyclones in second-round action of the Lady Puerto Rico Classic at the Coco Beach Golf Course. This marks the third time the Bangkok, Thailand native has fired a 71 or below during the 2007-08 season.
Iowa State carded a team score of 312 during the second round and currently sit in 17th place. The Cyclones have a two-round total of 628 heading into tomorrow's final round. Kent State moved into first place after firing a 287, the only below-par team score of the day, giving the Golden Flashes a two-round total of 586. The team race is very tight, with Louisiana State only one stroke back of the Golden Flashes, and Arkansas only three strokes off the team lead.
Pulsawath's two-round total of 151 puts her in a tie for 34th place heading into tomorrow's final round. ISU's Kendra Hanson carded an 81 during the second round, after firing a first-round 76, and sits in a tie for 67th place.
