Bill Bergan Multi Events Conclude

AMES, Iowa – With the finals of the pentathlon and heptathlon in the books, the inaugural Bill Bergan Multi Events came to a conclusion tonight at the Lied Recreational Center.

ISU sophomore Mallory Henderson finished seventh in the women's pentathlon (1,776 points). The Mount Pleasant native set a personal record by nearly a foot in the shot put (32-05). Competing unattached, Jamal Currica finished fifth in the heptathlon (4,922 points).

The Bill Bergan Invitation will begin Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Lied Recreational Center. Results will be posted on cyclones.com
