Paulson Having A Great Start To Senior Season

AMES, Iowa- Iowa State's Kristin Paulson is the seasoned veteran on the women's golf team. The senior from Ottumwa, Iowa has been a constant in the Cyclone lineup ever since she stepped foot on campus in the fall of 2008.
Paulson has been a part of an amazing turnaround with the Cyclones in her four years in Ames. Iowa State has made it to back-to-back NCAA Regional tournaments and the squad is aiming for another chance to make the national tournament this year.
Paulson, who has played in 105 career rounds to rank 15th all-time in school history, is fresh off a fourth-place finish at the Lady Northern Intercollegiate, the best showing of her career. Her three-round 220 total helped the Cyclones finish fourth in the tough 12-team field.
Paulson, ranked 148th nationally by Golfweek, sat down with cyclones.com to talk about Iowa State's season and her career.
