CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.- A pair of Iowa State women's golfers will participate in the second annual Hooters Women's Collegiate Team Championship, Aug. 2-4 at Achasta, By Reynolds in Dahlonega, Ga.

Kristin Paulson and
Katelynn Hogenson will represent the Cyclones in the 58-team (two persons per team) event sponsored by the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA).
Many of the top players in collegiate golf will compete in the annual event. Teams are comprised of players from all levels of collegiate golf, including 47 Division I, six Division II and five Division III programs.
The 54-hole, stroke play event will change its format daily, ranging from alternate shot (Aug. 2), best ball (Aug 3) and aggregate score of the two players (Aug. 4).
The duo tied for eighth in the inaugural event last season.
Paulson, a native of Ottumwa, Iowa, will try and defend her Iowa Women's Amateur title this week at Sunnyside Country Club in Waterloo, Iowa.
