WILMINGTON, N.C. - The No. 26 Iowa State women's golf team is currently tied for 10th place at the Landfall Tradition. The Cyclones posted a 301 in the opening round of the tournament this afternoon, only 11 strokes behind first round-leader Oklahoma State (292). The Tradition features a field of 12 teams ranked in the nation's top-33 according to Golfstat.
Junior Sasikarn On-iam is tied for 15th place, posting a 73 in the first round. Junior Prima Thammaraks fired a 74 to sit in a tie for 23rd place.
The tournament continues tomorrow with 18 holes and will conclude on Sunday with the final 18 holes.
