Dickinson, Stochl Lead Cyclone Divers at Mizzou Invite

COLUMBIA, Missouri – Senior Julie Dickinson led the way for the Iowa State divers on day one of the Mizzou Invite, finishing in 12th place in three-meter board competition with a mark of 260.30.
The team captain from Clive, Iowa, qualified for finals with a score of 288.30 points in prelims to grab the No. 7 spot heading into the night.
Senior Becky Stochl took 13th place with a score of 263.00, narrowly missing out on a bid for finals by less than two points. Freshman Katherine Mueller rounded out the Cyclone lineup in day one action, posting a score of 184.85.
The Iowa State divers are back in action at the Mizzou Aquatic Center for competition on the one-meter board Nov. 18. First splash is set for 11 a.m., finals are scheduled for 6 p.m. and admission is free.
