West Virginia Defeats Iowa State At The Big 12 Match Play Tournament

HOUSTON – The Iowa State men's golf team wrapped up the Big 12 Match Play Tournament this afternoon with a 4-2 loss to West Virginia. The Cyclones went 0-5 and was 9-18-3 in their individual matches during the week.
Lachlan Barker and Frank Lindwall were the Cyclone leaders over the weekend recording records of 4-1 and 3-1-1, respectively.
Barker and Lindwall were ISU's winner in the final match against West Virginia today, dominating their opponents by scores of 5&4 and 4&3.
Iowa State wraps ups its fall season and will return to the links Jan. 28-29 at the Arizona Intercollegiate.
