AMES, Iowa – In three days, the Harry Hoak Track inside Lied Recreation Athletics Center will be hosting one of the biggest indoor track and field meets of the college season in the Iowa State Classic. The Friday and Saturday competition will see some of the very best student-athletes in the nation descend on Ames for a weekend of elite competition.
Those who are unable to join the Cyclones in Ames this weekend will be able to catch all the action on FloTrack. The entirety of the meet will be shown via FloTrack's subscription-based service FloPro.
When it comes to qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Championships, no meet does it quite like the Iowa State Classic has. In the past six years, the Classic has combined for 126 qualifying times/marks for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships.
