Cyclones Wrap Up Action At June Stewart Invitational

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Iowa State went 2-2 in action on Sunday at the final day of the June Stewart Invitational hosted by Vanderbilt University.
All three singles matches went three sets for the Cyclones on Sunday, with Sofia Cabezas earning a 2-6, 6-0, 6-2 victory over Miami's Nada Dimovska.
In doubles action, Cabezas and Hsieh teamed up for a quick 6-0 victory against Kate Popova and Anja Trbeznik of Lipscomb.
The Cyclones return to action October 21 at the ITA Regionals in Iowa City.
