AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State swimming and diving team has announced its schedule for the 2021-22 season. The schedule includes 10 dual meets and two invitationals, and the Cyclones will host five dual meets for the season in Beyer Pool.
The Cyclones will hold their annual Cardinal and Gold Intrasquad meet on Oct. 1 at 6 p.m., prior to hitting the road for three-straight dual meets to begin the season. ISU will take on UNI in Cedar Falls on Oct. 9, before traveling to SDSU on Oct. 15 and South Dakota on Oct. 16.
The Cyclones will host Nebraska in their home opener on Oct. 30 at 11 a.m. ISU will take on Omaha on Nov. 5 at 4 p.m. at home, before the divers head to the Missouri Invite from Nov 17-19 and the swimmers travel to the Kansas Classic from Nov. 19-21.
Iowa State will square off with Iowa on Dec. 10 at 6 p.m. at home for the last meet of the calendar year. ISU will return to the pool to take on TCU in Beyer Pool from Jan. 14-15, before traveling to Morgantown, W.V. to face WVU and Villanova in a double-dual meet on Jan. 22. ISU will close out the regular season hosting Kansas on Feb. 4-5 for Senior Night.
The Cyclones will compete in the Big 12 Championship in Morgantown, W.V. from Feb. 23-26, while NCAA Zone Diving is scheduled for March 7-9 and the NCAA Championship is March 16-19 in Atlanta.
