Iowa State In Eighth Place After The Second Round Of The Silverado Showdown

NAPA, Calif. – The Iowa State women's golf team wrapped up round two of the Silverado Showdown Tuesday afternoon. The Cyclones dropped to eighth place after carding a 304-team score to total an overall score of 599 going into the final round.
Taglao Jeeravivitaporn went two-under on her back nine to jump inside the top-10. Jeeravivitaporn posted a one-over 73 today and will head into the last round with a 146 (73-73) two-round total.
Liyana Durisic eagled her final hole to record a two-over round of 74. Durisic currently sits in a tie for 18th place and will look to improve that in tomorrow's round.
Charley Jacobs is tied for 39th with a 151 two-round total.
The Cyclones will begin their final round charge tomorrow morning at the Silverado Showdown.
