CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has named Iowa State junior Taglao Jeeravivitaporn an honorable mention All-American. In the 40-year history of the award, Jeeravivitaporn is the first Cyclone to be named an All-American by the WGCA. Jeeravivitaporn joins Barb Thomas as the only All-Americans in program history, as Thomas was an AIAW All-American in 1980.
Earlier this week, Jeeravivitaporn became the second player in school history to earn a top 20 finish at the NCAA Women's Golf Championship, as she tied for 17th at Grayhawk Golf Club Monday.
