Team captain (09-10) ... Academic All-Big 12 first team (07-08, 08-09, 09-10) ... named ISU’s Cyclone Relay Swimmer (07-08) ... earned Kerry O'Brien Award (08-09, 09-10).
2009-10 (Senior):
Competed in the 200 medley relay (fifth, 1:40.41), 200 free relay (fifth, 1:32.45), 50 free (12th, 23.46), 400 medley relay (third, 3:39.19), 100 fly (21st, 56.58), 100 free (21st, 51.62) and 400 free relay (fifth, 3:23.02) at Big 12 Championships ... all four relays swam at Big 12 Championships set school records ... collected nine wins during the season (four individual, five relay) ... was member of winning 200 medley relay team against South Dakota, UNI/Green Bay, Iowa and Missouri ... won 100 and 200 freestyle at South Dakota State.
2008-09 (Junior):
Competed in the 800 free relay (sixth, 7:26.50), 400 medley relay (fifth, 3:40.98), 200 free relay (sixth, 1:32.92), 400 free relay (sixth, 3:25.85), 200 IM (12th, 2:03.29), 100 butterfly (20th, 56.19) and 100 free (21st, 56.19) at the Big 12 Championships ... lead-off leg of 800 free relay was second-fastest 200 free in school history (1:49.81) ... earned 10 wins during the season (eight individual, two relay) and collected 26 top-three finishes ... finished first in the 100 and 200 free against Nebraska-Omaha ... won the 100 fly and 200 free against Western Illinois/South Dakota State and Northern Iowa.
2007-08 (Sophomore):
Competed in the 800 free relay (sixth, 7:36.62), 200 IM (12th, 2:04.55), 400 medley relay (third, 3:43.83), 200 free relay (third, 1:33.24), 100 fly (11th, 56.10), 200 fly (15th, 2:06.15) and 400 free relay (sixth, 3:26.32) at the Big 12 Championships ... had five individual first-place finishes for the year ... recorded two first-place finishes against St. Olaf in the 100 (1:06.47) and 200 (2:23.65) breast ... swam to the 10th-fastest time in school history in the 200 fly at the Big 12 Championships.
2006-07 (Freshman):
Competed in the 200 IM (23rd, 2:09.37, personal best), 400 IM (20th, 4:37.86), 200 fly (15th, 2:08.88) and 800 free relay (sixth, 7:25.69) at the Big 12 Championships ... had eight first-place finishes ... captured first career individual victory in 200 IM against South Dakota State (2:14.45).

Graduated as school-record holder in seven events ... three-time state participant (2003-05) ... member of the Council Bluffs Swim Club for 12 years.
