Outdoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 5,000-meter run, finishing 21st … earned silver medal in 5,000-meter run at Big 12 Championships … also finished seventh in 10,000-meter run at conference championships … took second in 5,000-meter run at Stanford Twilight … opened outdoor season with sixth-place finish in Mile Premiere at Sun Angel Track Classic.
Indoor: Competed in seven meets for the Cyclones … earned Second Team All-America honors with 10th place finish in 5,000-meter run at NCAA Indoor Championships … received silver medals for second place finishes in 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs at Big 12 Championships … ran anchor for Iowa State’s ninth-place distance medley relay team at Alex Wilson Invitational … ran personal best 13:44.90 in 5,000 at Iowa State Classic, the third-fastest mark in program history … finished third in invitational 3,000 at Razorback Invitational … took second place in mile at Big 4 Duals.
