Outdoor: Finished sixth in 400-meter hurdles in personal best 1:00.51 at the Big 12 Championships … was also member of ninth-place 4x100m relay (46.91) and 4x400m relay (3:43.75) … was member of third place 4x400-meter relay (3:51.57) at the Drake Relays … was member of winning 4x100-meter relay (47.60) at the Arkansas Spring Invitational … also competed at the War Eagle Invitational, Sun Angel Classic and Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Member of ninth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:43.52) and finished 14th in the 600-yard run (1:27.13) at the Big 12 Championships … clocked personal best 1:24.44 in the 600-yard run, finishing third at the Iowa State Classic … also competed at the Husker Invite, Razorback Invitational, Wieczorek Invite, Hawkeye Invitational and Jimmy Grant Invite.

Outdoor: Made the transition to running the 400m hurdles during the outdoor season … finished 12th in the 400 hurdles (1:01.59) at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … clocked a personal best 1:01.50 in the 400m hurdles at the Michael Johnson Invitational … was member of third-place distance medley relay at the Drake Relays … also ran at the Nebraska Invitational, Sun Angel Classic, Florida Relays and Tulsa Duels.

Indoor: Member of Big 12 Championship-winning distance medley relay (11:15.73) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … also finished ninth in the pentathlon (3,529) and ninth as member of 4x400m relay (3:50.64) at the conference championships … also did pentathlons at the Husker Invitational and Larry Wieczorek Invitational … also competed at the Iowa State Classic, Hawkeye Invitational and Cyclone Duals.

2016-17
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for Iowa State, doing the heptathlon in three of those meets … recorded a career-best score of 5,239 points to finish fourth in the heptathlon at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … at Big 12 Outdoors, had personal bests in 200 (24.08w) and 110 hurdles (14.34w) … was also member of ninth-place 4x400 relay at conference championships (3:44.44) … finished third in the heptathlon at 5,200 points at the Drake Relays … finished heptathlon with personal-best 2:14.49 in the 800, while also recording an outdoor PR in the high jump (5-1 3/4) … was also member of third-place distance medley relay at Drake Relays … finished fourth in heptathlon at 5,175 points at Jim Click Shootout … took second in 200-meter dash (24.36) while also doing the long jump (personal best, sixth place, 18-7 1/4) and 100-meter hurdles (ninth, 14.52) at the Musco Twilight … won the 400-meter dash at Tulsa Duels (55.75) … also did javelin at Tulsa (third, 122-6) … competed in the 200 (11th, 24.72) and 400 (10th, 55.68).

Summer 2016
Earned bronze medal in heptathlon at USATF Junior Championships with personal-best 5,151 points, a 132-point PR, to move into third in ISU hsitory in the event ... during heptathlon, moved into seventh in Iowa State history in the javelin with a personal best toss of 131-7.

2015-16
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for Iowa State, completing the heptathlon on three occasions … finished sixth in the heptathlon at the Big 12 Championships, setting four career-highs and tying a fifth in the process … five personal bests included a 24.09 in the 200-meter dash, the fifth-fastest mark in Iowa State history … also ran anchor for Iowa State’s 4x400-meter relay team that finished sixth at the conference championships … took sixth in the heptathlon at the Drake Relays and ninth in the heptathlon at the Jim Clock Shootout … did the 100-meter hurdles and the long jump at the Musco Twilight … set career-best 121-0 in the javelin at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival while also competing in the 100-meter hurdles that day … did the 100-meter hurdles, 400-meter dash and long jump at Stanford Invitational … was member of winning 4x400-meter relay at Tulsa Duels, one of five events she competed on that day (100 hurdles, 200m dash, long jump, javelin).

Indoor: Participated in five events for Iowa State … ran second leg of Iowa State’s fifth-place distance medley relay at the Big 12 Championships … also finished 10th in the pentathlon and 15th in the 400-meter dash at the conference championships … ran in the 60-meter hurdles, 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash at the Iowa State Classic … competed in the 200 and 400-meter dashes at the Razorback Invitational … did the 60-meter hurdles, 400-meter dash and high jump at Big 4 Duals … was member of winning 4x400-meter relay team at the Holiday Inn Invitational and also finished sixth in the 400-meter dash.

Before Iowa State
Helpled lead Pleasant Valley to Class 4A State Championship as a senior ... anchored state champion and state record-holding sprint medley relay team, taking down state championship record that was over 30 years old ... finished second in the 200-meter dash as a senior.
