Outdoor: Took part in four meets for Iowa State … finished 15th in the 5,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … took 10th place in the 5,000-meter run at the Stanford Twilight … finished ninth in the men’s mile premiere at the Sun Angel Track Classic … ran the 1,500-meter run at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … ran in the 3,000 and the 5,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … finished sixth in section one of the mile at the Iowa State Classic … took sixth in the 3,000 at the Razorback Invitational … earned the win in the mile at the Big 4 Duals … finished third in the mile and led-off the sixth-place distance medley relay team at the Penn State Relays.

XC: Finished 12th at the Hawkeye Early Bird Invitational, clocking a 19:27 ... ran as Iowa State's third scorer at the Rim Rock Classic, finishing 7th in 24:22 and helping the Cyclones claim the team title ... was the fourth Cyclone across the finish line at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, placing 148th in a time of 24:44 ... was Iowa State's third finisher at the 2015 Big 12 Championship, just missing out on All-Big 12 honors with a 17th-place finish in 25:07 ... was part of the ISU scoring effort at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing 35th in 31:06.

2014-15
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 5,000-meter run, but was unable to compete due to injury … finished 14th in the 5K at the Big 12 Championships … also competed in the 5,000 at the Payton Jordan Invitational … recorded a personal record in the mile at the Sun Angel Track Classic, clocking in at 4:04.73 … also posted a PR in the 1,500-meter run at the Tiger Track Classic, finishing fourth in the race at 3:49.49.

Indoor: Took part in three meets for Iowa State … competed in the 3,000-meter run at the Razorback Invitational … ran to a second place finish in the mile at the Big 4 Duals … recorded a personal best of 2:31.47 in the 1,000-meter run at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

XC: Ran to a top-10 finish at the Bulldog 4K Classic, finishing seventh in 12:45 ... posted a time of 26:44 in the Roy Griak 8K race ... clocked an 8K time of 25:05 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational ... ran as Iowa State’s fifth scorer at the Big 12 Championship, placing 23rd overall with a time of 24:52 ... one of six Cyclones to place in the Big 12’s top-25 at the conference meet ... clocked a 10K time of 30:55.7 at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 42nd overall.

2013-14
Outdoor: Did not compete in the outdoor season.

Indoor: Competed at six meets for the Cyclones, seeing action in the mile and 3,000m … notched a career best at the Bill Bergan Invitational, running the mile in 4:06.78 … also ran sub-4:10 at the Alex Wilson Invitational, clocking a time of 4:08.23 … ran the 1600m leg of the men’s DMR at the Big 12 Indoor Championships, anchoring the team to a second-place finish … notched a PR of 8:10.90 in the 3,000m at the ISU Classic … also set a PR in the 800m at the Bergan meet, crossing the line in 1:55.80.

XC: At the Paul Short College- Mens Gold 8K ran a time of 24:47... Placed 20th at the Big 12 Championships in 23:46 ... Ran a 31:17 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2012-2013
Outdoor: Finished the 3,000-meter run steeplechase in 9:31.74 at the Big 12 Championships ... earned second place in the 3,000-meter run at the Kip Janvrin Open with a time of 9:32.57 ... set a personal best time in the 1,500-meter run with 3:56.01 at the Bryan Clay Invite.

Indoor: Finished the 3,000-meter run in a time of 8:54.57 at the Big 12 Championships ... clocked a time of 8:18.46 in the 3,000-meter run at the ISU Classic ... finished seventh in the college mile run at the New Balance Invite in 4:13.51 ... placed fourth at the Bill Bergan Invite with a time of 8:12.86 in the 3,000-meter run ... earned eighth place in the 1,000-meter run at the ISU Open.
