Indoor: Ran a season-best 10:04.36 in the 3,000m at the ISU Holiday Invite for sixth place … won the Iowa Open 3,000m in 10:11.67 … clocked a 5:12.04 mile at the Razorback Invite … also ran the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic in 10:13.53 to place 11th.
XC: Competed in three meets… posted a collegiate-best 5K time of 17:47.9 at the Cyclone Preview… finished 34^th at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite with a time of 18:11.4… ran at Nuttycombe, finishing the 6K in 23:13.1.

Outdoor: Ran at three meets … finished ninth in the 1,500-meter with a personal best of 4:51.36 at the Iowa State Alumni Invite … posted a 5,000m PR of 17:28.82 for 23rd at the Bryan Clay Invite … finished 23rd at Drake Relays in the 5,000m with 17:45.75.
Indoor: Finished 14th at Big 12 Championships with a mile time of 5:20.41 … claimed fifth at the Graduate Classic with a personal record time of 4:59.66 … ran a 3,000-meter PR of 9:54.62 for 31st at the Razorback Invite … also ran the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic, taking fourth in 9:56.05.
XC: Took part in all five meets for Iowa State … finished 115th overall at the NCAA Cross Country Championships Midwest Regional (6K, 21:54.2) … ran to a 38th place overall finish at the Big 12 Championships (6K, 22:23.5) … opened season with 19th place finish at the Mizzou XC Opener (5K, 18:34.8) … took 112th overall at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 23:00.7) … competed in the ‘B’ Race at the Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing in 69th place (6K, 22:17.9).
