Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Cyclones … earned Second Team All-America honors in the decathlon with 15th place finish at NCAA Outdoor Championships … set career-best in shot put, and tied career bests in pole vault and wind-legal 100-meter dash at NCAA Championships … won first career Big 12 title in the decathlon at the Big 12 Championships … set career best in all-conditions 100-meter dash and high jump at the conference championships … also did the decathlon at the Jim Click Shootout, posting his career-best score of 7,471 points … earned top marks in four events at the Jim Click, and set career bests in three events … competed in the 110-meter hurdles at the Drake Relays, LSU Alumni Gold and Tulsa Duels … also did the long jump at LSU Alumni Gold, and did the discus, javelin and anchored the 4x400 relay team at Tulsa Duels … competed in the discus in the Jim Duncan Invitational.

2014-15
Outdoor: Finished 16th in the decathlon at the NCAA Championships … set personal records in four events at Eugene: the long jump, the 400-meter dash, the 110-meter hurdles and the 1,500-meter run, but was derailed the opportunity at a higher finish due to a no height in the pole vault … earned the bronze medal in the decathlon at the Big 12 Championships, recording four personal records during the two-day contest … set his career-high decathlon score at the Mt. SAC Relays, finishing the competition in second with a total of 7.360 … won the discus competition at the Musco Twilight … competed in the discus and pole vault at the Jim Duncan Invitational … competed in the 110-meter hurdles and the discus at the Tiger Track Classic and the Badly Castillo Invitational.

Indoor: Broke the Iowa State indoor heptathlon record with a score of 5,479 en route to finishing second at the Big 12 Championships … made the finals of the 60-meter hurdles at the Iowa State Classic, while also competing in the long jump … won the heptathlon at the Razorback Invitational with a then-personal best score of 5,426 … competed in the pole vault at the Big 4 Duals.

2013-14
Outdoor: Took fifth at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in his first and only full decathlon of the year, posting a final score of 6,925 to rank No. 7 in program history … posted PRs in the 100m (11.27), 400m (51.31), 1500m (4:42.23), long jump (7.06m), discus (35.81m) and javelin (50.36m) en route to the career score. Also competed in the long jump at the Kansas Relays, posting a mark of 22’10” (6.96m).

Indoor: Notched PRs in the 60m (7.15m), 60H (8.30), pole vault (4.00m), shot put (11.69m) and heptathlon (5,245) … ranks No. 6 in program history in the heptathlon, posting the mark at the Bill Bergan Invitational … competed in multiple events at both the Big 4 Duals and Holiday Preview … competed in the 60H before suffering a concussion in the high jump at the Husker Invitational, cutting his indoor season short.

2012-13
Outdoor: Academic All-Big 12 First Team ... placed third in the decathlon long jump with 22-09.00 at the Big 12 Championships, finished ninth in the decathlon with 6,042 ... cleared 12-07.50 in the pole vault at the Jim Duncan Invite ... had a personal best mark of 21-11.75 in the long jump section of the decathlon at the Cal Multis.

Indoor: Finished sixth in the heptathlon at the Big 12 Championships with a final score of 5076 ... set a new personal best time in the 60-meter hurdles (8.56) at the ISU Classic ... placed seventh in the 60-meter dash heptathlon with 7.33 at the Bill Bergan Invite ... ran a personal best time of 51.34 in the 400-meter dash at the ISU Open ... earned third place setting his personal best at the Holiday Preview with a mark of 22-01.50 in the long jump.

2011-12
Outdoor: Placed third in the high jump with a mark of 6-04.75, jumped 21-06.25 in the long jump, placed fifth in the javelin throw with a mark of 147-06, clocked a time of 50.35 in the 400-meter dash at the Jim Duncan Invite.

Indoor: Redshirted the indoor season ... competing unattached, scored 4569 points in the ISU Classic heptathlon ... competing unattached, recorded personal best marks in the 1000-meter run (2:44.40), high jump (6-03.25), shot put (34-09.50), pole vault (12-09.50) and 60-meter dash (7.38) as part of the ISU Classic heptathlon ... ran a personal best 8.75 in the 60-meter hurdles as part of the Holiday Preview pentathlon ... jumped a personal best 20-07.25 in the long jump at the ISU Open.

Before Iowa State
Qualified for the Iowa high school state meet in four events (high jump, long jump, 400-meter dash and 800-meter run) ... placed third in the long dump at the 2011 state meet with a personal best mark of 31-03.50 ... placed seventh in the 800-meter run at the 2011 state meet with a personal best time of 2:00.53 ... holds a personal best mark in the high jump (6-04).
