Earned first career First Team All-Big 12 breaststroke honors with her fourth-place swims at the Big 12 Championships of 1:01.13 and 2:13.87, both NCAA ‘B’ cut times … posted first Iowa State 200 breast ‘B’ cut time since the 2015-16 season and totaled four cuts … moved up to No. 3 in both the 100 and 200 breast all time … added five all-time top breaststroke times … won seven races through the 50 free and breaststroke events … swept the breaststroke in back-to-back duals against TCU and in the WVU/Villanova double dual … named Big 12 Swimmer of the Week for her TCU performances … became an all-time top-20 point scorer ... swam breaststroke leg for the second-fastest 200 medley relay team in school history … finalizes career as one of two to become a four-time 100 breast and one of three four-time 200 breast All-Big 12 honoree … named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2020-21 (Senior)

Became a three-time All-Big 12 Second Team honoree in the 100 and 200 breast … notched a new 200 breast PR of 2:16.90 to move up to No. 9 all-time and a 50 free PR of 23.84 at the Big 12 Championship … swam in ‘A’ finals of the 100 (1:02.15, 5th) and 200 breast (2:16.90, 5th) and the 50 free ‘B’ finals (23.90, 16th) at the conference championship … placed top-four six times in dual action, including four second-place finishes … part of three relay teams notching all-time top times … added an all-time 100 breast top time of 1:02.15 … named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team ... earned the Dr. Gerald Lage Award.

2019-20 (Junior)

Second-fastest Cyclone on the team in the 100 and 200 breast and fifth in the 50 free on the season … broke her 100 breast PR (1:02.06) from high school and her 50 free PR (23.87) at the Big 12 Championship and her 200 breast PR (2:17.19) at the Kansas Classic … won both breaststroke events against South Dakota and the 200 breast against Rutgers … notched a total of 14 top-three finishes in dual meets … sixth-ranked all-time in the 100 breast (1:02.06) and 10^th in the 200 breast (2:17.19) … earned All-Big 12 Second Team honors in the 100 (6^th, 1:02.06) and 200 breast (8^th, 2:18.97)… named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2018-19 (Sophomore)
Ranked as the second-fastest Cyclone in both breaststroke events on the year … won eight individual events, all in the breaststroke … finalist in both breaststroke events at the Kansas Classic, finishing fourth in the 100 breast (1:03.19) and fifth in the 200 breast with a then-PR of 2:19.63 … scored in both of the breaststroke events at the Big 12 Championships … made the consolation finals with a PR of 1:02.50 in the 100 breast, winning the event in 1:02.76 to finish ninth … bested her 200 breast PR in 2:17.63 to earn All-Big 12 Second Team status and sixth overall … broke her 50 free PR with a 23.90 in the preliminary competition … member of the top 200 and 400 medley relay squads, swimming the breaststroke leg of each event … set a school record as a member of the 200 medley relay team … her 171 individual points scored ranks ninth among Cyclone sophomores all-time … named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2017-18 (Freshman)
Key member of Iowa State’s breaststroke team … gathered seven top-two finishes in breaststroke events … won the 100 breast heat against Omaha (1:04.78) and Iowa (1:02.64) … only swam in the 200 IM (15^th, 2:09.08) at the Kansas Classic … raced in the 200 IM (25^th, 2:09.16), 100 breast (eighth, 1:02.76) and 200 breast (12^th, 2:21.67) at the Big 12 Championships … earned Second-Team All-Big 12 honors in the 200 breast, one of only five freshman to earn All-Big 12 designation in breaststroke events in Cyclone history.

High School
Swam at Minnetonka High School for coach Dan Berve and the Aquajets club team under coach Kate Lundsten ... earned seven All-America honors ... twelve-time All-State honoree ... Minnetonka High School Female Athlete of the Year in 2016 and a nominee for 2017 Minnesota Swimmer of the Year.
