GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The 11th-ranked Iowa State women's golf team tied for sixth at the 17-team Sun Trust Women's Invitational Monday. The Cyclones shot a 305 in the final round for a three-day 901 total. Host Florida won the tournament at 865.
Senior Laurence Herman led the Cyclones, tying for 19th with a 224 (78-73-73). Kristin Paulson finished tied for 21st with a 225. Prima Thammaraks carded a 227 and tied for 25th, as Iowa State had four players in the top-35.
