ATHENS, Georgia – Junior Julie Dickinson led the Iowa State divers on the three-meter board at the UGA Diving Invitational at Gabrielsen Natatorium on Monday.
Dickinson earned a score of 258.00 across her six dives to take 14th-place on the event. The Clive, Iowa, native finished 6.05 points and two spots from qualifying for finals.
Senior Elyse Brouillette, the only other Cyclone to compete on the three-meter board, earned a mark of 237.10 to finish No. 27 in the 52-diver, 13-team field.
Dickinson and Brouillette – the only Cyclones entered into competition for the rest of the invitational – return to Gabrielsen Natatorium for the final day of the UGA Diving Invitational on Jan. 5 to compete in platform diving. Prelims are slated for a 10:30 EST with finals to follow immediately.
