Cyclones Head To Jon Messick Invitational

AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State tennis team will take six squad members to the Jon Messick Invitational this weekend at Colorado State. Action begins Friday and goes through Sunday, with action beginning at noon at the University Tennis Complex.
The Cyclones will participate along with the host Rams, Northern Colorado and Wyoming. Each team will play each other in both singles and doubles, in a round-robin duel format, throughout the course of the weekend.
The Cyclones will have Liera Bender, Annabella Bonadonna, Maty Cancini, Regina Espindola, Erin Freeman and Claudia Toledo participating this weekend.
Iowa State opens action Friday playing Colorado State in doubles and Wyoming in singles action.
