Jeeravivitaporn Breaks ISU's 54-Hole Scoring Mark At UCF Challenge

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Iowa State women's golf team wrapped up play at the UCF Challenge today by firing a final-round 282 to finish ninth in the 18-team field at 856.

The strong field consisted of nine teams ranked in the Golfstat Top 50.

The Cyclones received a terrific performance from Taglao Jeeravivitaporn, who registered her third Top 10 of the season by breaking the school's 54-hole scoring mark at 207.

Jeeravivitaporn was under par in all three rounds, posting scores of 67-71-69 (9-under) to tie for fourth in a field that featured 16 players ranked in the nation's Top 100 according to Golfstat. Jeeravivitaporn had 13 birdies in the tournament.

Ruby Chou tied for 37^th at 215 and Warda Amira Rawof made a nice move on the final day by carding a career-low 68. She finished the tournament in a tie for 45^th at 217.

The Cyclones are back in action, Feb. 13-14 at the Moon Golf Columbia Classic in Melbourne, Fla.
