Outdoor: Ran in five meets for Iowa State … was member of Cyclones’ fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:10.84) and 4x100m relay (DQ) at the Big 12 Championships … ran the second leg of the Cyclones’ second-place sprint medley relay (3:20.39) at the Drake Relays … clocked a wind-legal personal best 21.50 in the 200m at the Sun Angel Classic … ran a collegiate-best 10.76 in the 100m and all-conditions PR 21.44w in the 200m at the Bryan Clay Invitational … also competed at the Bobcat Invitational.

Indoor: Took part in three meets … was member of Cyclones’ ninth-place 4x400m relay (3:12.17) at the Big 12 Championships … opened season with third-place finish in 400m dash (48.73) at the ISU Holiday Invitational … was 11th in the 600m run (1:26.73) at the Graduate Classic.

Outdoor: Took part in six meets for Iowa State … led off for 4x400m relay that qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries, finishing 18th in 3:08.72 … was lead-off for seventh-place 4x400m relay team (season-best 3:07.38) and ran second leg of eighth-place 4x100m relay team (42.95) at the Big 12 Championships … clocked personal best 21.55 in 200m dash at Rock Chalk Classic … ran lead-off leg for ISU’s winning sprint medley relay at the Drake Relays, an effort that helped ISU defend the men’s Relays Cup … also finished seventh as member of 4x400m at Drake … took third with personal best 48.24 in the 400-meter dash at the Hayward Premiere … was member of winning 4x400-meter relay at the Blue Oval Invitational.

Indoor: Ran in five meets for Iowa State … was member of fifth-place distance medley relay (10:03.13) and sixth-place 4x400m relay (3:14.97) at the Big 12 Championships … picked up two individual wins during indoor season, claiming 400m dash to open season at Wildcat Invitational and the 200m dash at the Cyclone Open … also ran at the Razorback Invitational and Iowa State Classic.

Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Cyclones … was member of relay pool for distance medley relay at NCAA Indoor Championships, with the meet being canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak worldwide … ran 400-meter leg for Iowa State’s Big 12 champion distance medley relay team, helping ISU win the team championship at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … also ran as part of the 4x400-meter relay at the conference championships … clocked a personal best 48.25 in the 400-meter dash to finish fourth at the Iowa State Classic … finished third in the 400m at the Cyclone Open … also took third in the 200-meter dash at the Larry Wieczorek Invite … also competed at the Texas Tech Invitational and Husker Invitational.

2018-19
Outdoor: Came back from injury during indoor season to compete in three meets … was member of eighth-place 4x100-meter relay at the Big 12 Championships, running lead-off for team which clocked season-best 40.92 … also ran in 4x100 at the Drake Relays … opened outdoor season with personal best 49.02 in 400-meter dash at War Eagle Invitational … also ran in 4x400-meter relay at Auburn.

Indoor: Took part in four meets during injury-shortened indoor season … finished fifth in 200-meter dash at Hawkeye Invitational … also ran 200 at Larry Wieczorek Invite and Husker Invite … clocked then-personal best of 49.50 at Husker Invitational … ran in 300-meter dash and as part of 4x400-meter relay at Jimmy Grant Invite.
