XC: Earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 recognition… finished 35th individually at the Big 12 Championship in 25:00.7, helping Iowa State to its third-straight Big 12 Championship… ran in the “B” race at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, finishing 65th individually in 25:43.6.

Outdoor: Ran in two meets for Iowa State … competed in the 800 and 1,500-meter runs at the Arkansas Spring Invitational … ran the 5,000 meters at the War Eagle Invite.
