Outdoor: Participated in seven meets … earned honorable mention All-America honors with 17th place finish in 3,000-meter steeplechase at NCAA Outdoor Championships (8:42.70) … qualified for NCAA Championships with 10th-place finish in PR 8:39.64 in the steeplechase at NCAA West Preliminaries … finished third in the steeplechase (8:49.72) and fourth in the 10,000m (personal best 28:51.83) at the Big 12 Championships … won steeplechase in then-PR 8:40.31 at the Oregon Relays … took second in steeplechase at the Hayward Premiere (8:47.58) and the Longhorn Invitational (8:55.69) … competed in the 800m and 1,500m at the Blue Oval Invitational.

Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in three meets for Iowa State … finished seventh in the 5,000m run (14:23.65) and 11th in the 3,000m run (8:24.02) at the Big 12 Championships, helping the Cyclones claim the team title … also competed at the Cyclone Open and UW Invitational.

XC: Helped Iowa State to a fourth-place showing at the NCAA Championship, the Cyclones’ best finish in the last 25 years, finishing 174th individually with a time of 32:39.4… finished 10th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships in 31:07.8 to earn All-Region honors… one of seven Cyclones to earn All-Big 12 recognition, aiding Iowa State to its third-straight Big 12 Championship… opened his Iowa State cross country career with a 38th-place finish at Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in 24:09.4.

2018-19
Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the 10,000-meter run, finishing 26th in 29:42.04 … earned Big 12 Outdoor Championships Co-High Point Award after pulling off a difficult triple, finishing second in the 5,000m (14:11.86), fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:11.59) and fourth in the 10,000m run (29:37.84) … became only the second male student-athlete in Big 12 history to score in all three of the 5K, 10K and 3K steeple at the same conference championships, and just the third men’s student-athlete to complete all three events at a conference championship … notched a personal best 29:07.22 in the 10K at the Mt. SAC Relays, ranking No. 10 in ISU history in the event … posted a personal best 13:51.08 in the 5K at the Stanford Invite.

Indoor: Ran in four meets for Iowa State … finished third in the 3,000m run (8:22.22) and fourth in the 5,000m run (14:46.07) at the Big 12 Championships … broke eight minutes in the 3K with a 7:59.57 to finish ninth at the Iowa State Classic … finished third in the 3,000m run at the Wieczorek Invite … finished the mile in 4:10.10 at the Razorback Invitational.

Competed for two cross country seasons and one track season at Florida A&M ... in his lone track season for the Rattlers, showed incredible versatility across distances ... was named Most Outstanding Performer of the 2018 MEAC Indoor Championships after earning third-place finishes in the mile, 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run and finishing fourth as part of distance medley relay ... at MEAC Outdoor Championships, finished second at 5,000m, third in the 3,000m steeplechase and eighth in the 1,500m ... in cross country, earned All-South Region Honors after finishing 16th at the 2017 South Region Championships ... won six of nine cross country meets he entered during his Rattlers career, including the 2017 MEAC Cross Country Championships as a freshman.
