Cyclone Golf Inks One Of New Zealand's Best

AMES, Iowa - Iowa State head men's golf coach Andrew Tank announced today that Duncan Croudis has signed a financial aid agreement to attend Iowa State University beginning in the fall of 2011. A native of Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand, Croudis is a transfer from the University of Otago.
Croudis produced an unbeaten record for the last three seasons at the New Zealand Interprovicals and received medalist honors at the 2010 New Zealand Under 19 Championship. He placed 12th at 2009 Aaron Baddeley World Junior Championships in Guangzhou, China and was chosen to represent his state (Otago) and New Zealand multiple times for his golf skills.
"I am thrilled to have Duncan join our program," Tank said. "He is a talented athlete and an experienced player that will play a major role in the success of Cyclone golf."
Croudis will be a redshirt freshman for the Cyclones in the 2011-12 season.
