BATON ROUGE, La.-The Iowa State men's golf team is tied for seventh place after two rounds of play at the University Club Intercollegiate. Michigan is leading the 12-team pack at 587, one stroke ahead of Iowa (588).
Iowa State is at 607 after two rounds, four strokes behind sixth-place Minnesota (603). Nate McCoy set the pace for Iowa State, carding a 149, tying him for 12th place. Tom Lathrop is tied for 24th at 151.
