COLUMBIA, Mo. - Iowa State's Nate McCoy is tied for third at the Mizzou Intercollegiate, carding rounds of 69-71 (140) to help the Iowa State men's golf team to a fourth-place showing after two rounds at the Mizzou Intercollegiate. Iowa State as a team fired rounds of 288 and 300 (588). Missouri is in first place at 564.
A senior from West Des Moines, Iowa, McCoy is aiming for his sixth top-10 finish of the season. Borja Virto is tied for 18th with rounds of 70-78 (148). Scott Fernandez carded a 71 in the first round and is currently tied for 34th at 151.
