AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State men's golf team had a successful fall campaign, earning runner-up finishes in two of three events.
The Cyclones are currently ranked No. 38 nationally according to Golfweek.
The highlight of the fall season was a pair of medalist performances from sophomore
Nick Voke and senior
Scott Fernandez. Voke won the VCU Shootout, the third Cyclones to win the event in the last five years.
All-American Fernandez had two top-10 performances to increase his school-record-total to 23 top-10 finishes in his career. Fernandez shot a final-round 66 at the Badger Invitational to rally from eight strokes back on the last day en route to his third career tournament title.

Andrew Tank has had seven medalists in his 4 ½ years as the Cyclone head coach.
