Round Two Suspended At The Prestige

LA QUINTA, Calif. - Round two of The Prestige at the Greg Norman Course at PGA West has been suspended due to weather. The second round will resume the morning of Wednesday, Feb. 21 with the final round to follow.

The Cyclones were tied for 14th with No. 33 Liberty and made it half way through the second round before the pause. The team was eight-over on the day and 15-over for the tournament.

Luke Gutschewski is leading the team in scoring and sits inside the top-15 in the individual standings. Gutschewski is one-under for the week and made it through nine holes of the second round at two-over.

Paul Beauvy is second on the team in scoring and made three birdies before play was suspended. Beauvy is currently placed inside the top-25 and is one-over during his second round. The freshman made it through 12 holes before the stoppage.

The second round is set to resume at 9:15 am CT with the final round to follow at 12:30 pm CT.
