The Cyclones Remain In 10th After Day Two Of The Big 12 Men's Golf Championship

HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The Iowa State men's golf team remains in 10th place after three rounds of the Big 12 Men's Golf Championship. The Cyclones posted a 10-over round of 290 this afternoon and will head into the final round with an 889 (299-300-290) tally.
Paul Beauvy leads the Cyclones in scoring through three rounds. The freshman put together a 219 (72-74-73) 54-hole tally and is currently tied for 23rd place in the individual standings. Beauvy's third-round 73 included three birdies, giving him a nine-over total.
Luke Gutschewski carded a three-over 73 during round three. The sophomore sits in a tie for 33rd place and will head into the final round with a 223 (74-76-73) tally. Gutschewski has made six birdies this week and holds a 13-over total.
Nate Vance and Zach May carded two-over rounds of 72 during the second day of the tournament. May has moved into a tie for 33rd place, and after an eagle on the seventh hole, Vance sits in a tie for 41st place.
Lukas Pany rounds out the team's top-five after recording a 76 during his third round. Pany made three birdies on the back nine and is tied for 46th place overall. Pany will head into the final day with a 231 (75-80-76) three-round tally.
The Cyclones will tee off for the Big 12 Men's Golf Championship final round at 9:07 a.m. CT on Wednesday, Apr. 26. Final round coverage will be televised on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ starting at 10:30 a.m. CT.
