TUCSON, Ariz. – The Iowa State men's golf team tied for fourth in the 15-team Arizona Intercollegiate this afternoon. The Cyclones carded rounds of 287-278-292 for an 857 tally.

Arizona State took home the team title at 840 (286-277-277). The Sun Devils were led by Max Rottluff, who earned medalist honors after firing rounds of 70-65-68 for a 203.

Senior Scott Fernandez added another top-10 finish to bring his school record career total to 24. Fernandez shot rounds of 71-67-72 (210) to tie for sixth. Sophomore Nick Voke carded a 214 (70-69-75) to tie for 18th.

Sophomore Ruben Sondjaja tied for 36th at 220 and Sam Daley shot a 222 (T50).

The Cyclones are back in action Feb. 20-22 when they travel to Palm Desert, Calif., for the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate.
