Cyclones Finish 13th At Marquette Intercollegiate

HARTFORD, Wis. – The Iowa State men's golf team (310-302-299=911) finished 13^th at the Marquette Intercollegiate. Texas A&M (866) won the tournament, 11 strokes ahead of second-place UCLA (877).

True freshman Lachlan Barker (73-73-71=217) continued to pace the Cyclones on the final day. He recorded a 71 this afternoon en route to his first career top-10 performance (T6) at 217 (73-73-71). Through its first three competitions of the season, Iowa State has had an individual place in the top-10 in all three.

Denzel Ieremia, who placed in the top-10 in the first two tournaments, tied for 27^th place at 225.

The Cyclones will be back on the links Oct. 8-9 at the Windon Memorial in their final competition of the fall golf season.
