Cyclones Place 14th At ASU Thunderbird Invite

Phoenix, AZ – The Iowa State men's golf team wrapped up the Thunderbird Invitational by finishing 14th at 860 (284-282-294).

Lachlan Barker led the Cyclones this week with a three-round score of 216 (72-70-74). Barker recorded nine birdies and finished in a tie for 56th place.

Tripp Kinney had the best score in the final round after carding a 72. Kinney had a three-round score of 217 (74-71-72) to finish in a tie for 64th

Ricky Costello fired a career-low 65 in the first round and Frank Lindwall posted a 4-under 67 in the second round.

The Cyclones will head to Kansas for the Big 12 Championship on April 26th.
